Stage 2-3
This is a comp you pivot into Stage 4 so play strongest board with Fighter / AP Heimer items. Do not play this comp without Blue Buff!
Stage 4
Take Geniuses and pivot towards 6 Visionary Ekko / Heimer duo carry. Frontline is somewhat flexible. Ambusher not important on Ekko.
Stage 5+
Once you hit Ekko 2 and Heimer 2, push to level 9 for Rumble and a flex spot - Black Rose, Emissary, Jayce, or a 6 cost.
